Automatic De-Duplication
When enabled, Second Door automatically links duplicate leads so they don’t appear on your dashboard and are excluded from reporting.
Duplicates are detected when:

A new lead matches an existing lead with a status from your Open or In Progress groups.

A new lead matches an existing lead with a status from Closed Won or Closed Lost and the patient has an active course of care.
Manually Marking a Duplicate Lead
You can also mark a lead as a duplicate manually by clicking the ... menu in the top right of the lead card or lead profile:
Once clicked, a box will pop up with similar people that you can map the selected lead to:
Once a lead is marked as a duplicate, they will no longer show on your lead dashboard, and their lead profile will be marked with a banner indicating the duplicate status:
You can view the original lead from here, or if you need to separate the leads again, you can click 'Not a Duplicate' and it will remove the duplicate status from the lead.
Finding Leads with Duplicates
You can filter your lead dashboard by toggling the 'Has Duplicates' filter. This will show all leads with duplicate leads:
Leads with associated duplicates will also show a banner indicating they have associated duplicates. You can click the eye icon to view all associated duplicates:
