User Details

Customize your profile: update your name, location, and more.

• User's Name: The name associated with your account will appear in the top right corner of the screen when you're logged into the Second Door application. Additionally, your name will be displayed in the User Settings, Reporting Dashboards, and Owner drop-down menus throughout the application.
  
  • First Name: The first name associated with your user account.
  • Last Name: The last name associated with your user account.

• Email: The email address associated with your user account. You email address will be used to log in to the Second Door application and will be the address to which all email notifications from Second Door will be sent. 
  Note: The email address associated with a user account is not editable.
• Default Location: The primary location associated with your user. Chose from a selection of locations available to your user. Once chosen, results displayed on the Home Dashboard will automatically be filtered to your default location.
  • Don't see a location in your drop-down?
    The Default Location drop-down will only display locations that have been made available to your user. If you have any questions about location access, please contact your account Admin or reach out to Second Door Support.

When editing or updating your user settings, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen to confirm your changes. If you don’t wish to save your changes, simply click Cancel or navigate away from the Profile Settings page.

Fun Mode

We could all use a little more fun. Click the toggle switch to enable Fun Mode and add playful touches to your everyday tasks in the Second Door application.
