Notifications

Second Door can send you notifications based on your preferences and workflow. There are two types of notifications:

  • Email: receive notifications by email
  • In-App: receive browser notifications (note: you will need to allow notifications when prompted by your browser)

Notification Types

Lead Notifications

  • All New Leads: receive a notification when a lead is created in your organization
     
  • All New Leads Assigned to Me: receive a notification when a lead is assigned to you
  • All Status Changes Assigned to Me: receive a notification when any lead assigned to you changes status

Comment Notifications

  • Mentioned in a Comment: You will receive a notification when you are mentioned in a comment
  • Replied to a Comment: You will receive a notification when someone replies to your comment

NPS Notifications

  • All New Responses: You will receive a notification when any new response is submitted
  • All New Promoter Responses: You will receive a notification when a new promoter response is submitted
  • All New Passive Responses: You will receive a notification when a new passive response is submitted
  • All New Detractor Responses: You will receive a notification when a new detractor response is submitted
Don’t Forget to Save Your Changes!

When editing or updating your notification settings, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen to confirm your changes. If you don’t wish to save your changes, simply click Cancel or navigate away from the Notifications Settings page.
