Understanding User Roles

User roles give you the ability to control access to settings and information, and make sure that users have the correct context / access when working in the application. Below, we've outlined what each role is designed for.

Admin

Full access to the Second Door application, including the ability to add users, locations, and manage branding.

Provider
Selecting Provider as a role opens additional options to associate one or more providers, or one or more locations to the user. Users who are designated as providers can only view and edit their own profile, notifications, and exports in Settings.
Clerical
The Clerical user role gives access to the Patients, Scheduling, Enrollments, and NPS Reporting dashboards for the location(s) set up by an Admin user. Users who are designated as Clerical can only view and edit their own profile, notifications, and exports in Settings.
