What should I do if an NPS response is wrong or incorrect?

While we aim to minimize confusion, there may be times when a patient misunderstands the survey or submits a score unintentionally. If you’ve followed up with the patient and confirmed the response was a mistake, NPS entries can be edited or deleted with Admin approval.

  • If you are an Admin, you can make these changes directly in the app.
  • If you are not an Admin, please email your request to support@seconddoor.app. Our team will verify the request with your account Admin before making any updates.
