Call Log & Communication Notes

The right-hand panel in the Lead Profile allows you to log outreach attempts and collaborate with team members.

Logging a Call

1. Open a lead.

2. Click Log Call

3. Enter:

   1. Date/Time of call

   2. Duration (optional)

   3. Call Result

   4. Next Follow-up Date

   5. Notes

Notes (With Team Collaboration)

• Use @ to mention a teammate and they will receive a notification
• Reply to a note in a thread to keep things organized
• Mark a note as resolved
• Respond to notes with emojis 👍
