Leads Reporting

Monitor lead volume, conversion rates, and response speed so you can improve scheduling and reduce missed opportunities.

Leads reporting gives you visibility into every lead that comes through your digital front door. The series of reports on this dashboard are intended to give you the highest level overview, while offering the ability to drill down by common dimensions. This gives you the ability to dive into specifics when you need to.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard gives you the ability to view your top performing dimensions across the same metrics contained in the main lead report. You can break each metric up across:

  • Source (see Understanding UTM Tracking for details on how to set this up)
  • Locations
  • Payers
  • Reps (this is determined by who the lead is assigned to)

You also can get a sense for how fast things move through the funnel at your practice using the following metrics:

  • Time to First Touch: how long it takes a user to make an update to a newly-created lead, on average
  • Time to First Visit: how long between the initial request and scheduled first visit, on average
  • Time to Closed Won: how quickly successful conversions are occurring, on average
  • Time to Closed Lost: how long between the initial request and a lost lead, on average
