When enabled, two-way SMS allows your team to communicate with leads directly inside their profile. If you don't have SMS enabled yet, please reach out to our support team.

Starting a Text Conversation

  1. Open a lead

  2. Click the SMS tab

  3. Click Start Conversation

The system:

  • Sends a compliant introduction

  • Manages opt-in requirements automatically

  • Stores all messages on the lead profile
